How about a “Dear Abby” type column, I don’t care to write it. I would like to help out anyway that I can.

    Thanks

  2. What a great idea, Mr. McPeak! I love this idea and hope it becomes an integrated part of this online newspaper.

  3. I have a feeling I’m in the wrong section but this is the only place where I could find a spot to submit a post. Hopefully this will make it to the right place.

My mom, Gloria Hite (later Warren) was to be “Class of 61″ alumni but they moved the beginning of her senior year to Baldwin Park, CA. Even though she’s not technically alumni I would love to hear from people who knew, she passed away 2004 and would be tickled get a glimpse of her youth. Anyone who maybe just remembers the family would be neat.

My grandpa Robert Hite was a coal miner and from the story I heard the mines had gone bust and there was no work, he joined a union once they arrived in California. My grandma was Masil Hite (maiden Saunders), my mom was the oldest followed by Judy, Marsha then Larry. I know they lived “in the hills” as my mom referred to it but not sure what precise area of Logan. My email is mindywarren1983@yahoo.com or http://www.facebook.com/pinksummer83
